La client\u00e8le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une meilleure exp\u00e9rience d\u2019achat, de davantage de convenience&nbsp;et de r\u00e9compenses de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 attrayantes.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les clients fid\u00e8les sont un bien pr\u00e9cieux. Il faut les m\u00e9riter. Les entreprises y parviennent d\u2019une part gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un personnel aimable, \u00e0 des produits attractifs et \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience d\u2019achat agr\u00e9able. D\u2019autre part, elles proposent des incitations particuli\u00e8res, par exemple par le biais de programmes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 qui permettent aux clientes et clients de r\u00e9compenser eux-m\u00eames leur fid\u00e9lit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au sein du groupe Valora, quatre formats misent actuellement sur des programmes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 num\u00e9riques d\u00e9di\u00e9s: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kkiosk.ch\/de\/app\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">k kiosk<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/spettacolo.ch\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Caff\u00e8 Spettacolo<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/brezelkoenig.ch\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Brezelk\u00f6nig<\/a> et, depuis avril 2022, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.avec.ch\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">avec<\/a>. Ils sont g\u00e9r\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00e9quipe <a href=\"https:\/\/valora.digital\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Valora Digital<\/a>. Pour l\u2019\u00e9quipe, \u00abLoyalty &amp; Payment\u00bb constitue l\u2019un des quatre axes strat\u00e9giques avec \u00abAutonomous Stores\u00bb, \u00abE-Commerce &amp; Delivery\u00bb et \u00abProcess Improvement\u00bb. L\u2019\u00e9quipe Valora Digital d\u00e9ploie tous ses efforts pour trouver de nouvelles solutions num\u00e9riques modernes afin de rendre les achats encore plus pratiques, plus rapides et plus flexibles. Ils profitent en outre d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de \u00abcash back\u00bb: chaque achat donne droit \u00e0 des points \u00e9changeables contre des r\u00e9compenses \u2013 des barres chocolat\u00e9es aux EarPods d\u2019Apple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"programmes-de-fidelite-pour-les-love-brands\">PROGRAMMES DE FID\u00c9LIT\u00c9 POUR LES \u00abLOVE BRANDS\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les programmes des formats de Food Service suivent une orientation diff\u00e9rente: \u00abCe sont ce qu\u2019on appelle des Love Brands, leurs offres sont tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifiques\u00bb, explique Felicitas Suter. \u00abLes clientes et clients d\u00e9cident sciemment de faire leurs achats ici et t\u00e9moignent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u2019une fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9e.\u00bb Il est donc important de donner une dimension \u00e9motionnelle au programme de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9. Mais comment y parvenir? La nouvelle application Brezelk\u00f6nig vous permet de collectionner des couronnes qui, au fil du temps, vous permettent de devenir Chevali\u00e8re ou Chevalier du Bretzel, Princesse ou Prince du Bretzel, ou Reine ou Roi du Bretzel. Plus le rang royal est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus les r\u00e9compenses sont importantes. Mais l\u2019application du format sert surtout de boutique en ligne permettant de commander \u00e0 l\u2019avance des boissons et des repas, de les payer puis de les r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer sans faire la queue \u00e0 l\u2019heure souhait\u00e9e. La plus-value pour la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 d\u00e9coule donc \u00e9galement d\u2019une commodit\u00e9 accrue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des temps d\u2019attente plus courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hurry-deals-premier-arrive-premier-servi\">HURRY DEALS: \u00abPREMIER ARRIV\u00c9, PREMIER SERVI\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Point commun des programmes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 des quatre applications de k kiosk, Caff\u00e8 Spettacolo, Brezelk\u00f6nig et avec: une approche \u00abmobile only\u00bb. \u00abLes cartes \u00e0 tamponner physiques ou les coupons sont souvent perdus. En revanche, ils sont enregistr\u00e9s en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le smartphone, que presque tous les clients ont d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main\u00bb, explique Felicitas Suter. \u00ab\u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoute le fait que la diversit\u00e9 de nos programmes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 ne serait pas du tout r\u00e9alisable sur le plan physique.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle cite \u00e0 titre d\u2019exemple les \u00abHurry Deals\u00bb de k kiosk. Dans ce contexte, un certain nombre d\u2019unit\u00e9s d\u2019un produit est propos\u00e9 gratuitement selon le principe \u00abpremier arriv\u00e9, premier servi\u00bb. Les clientes et clients peuvent suivre en direct le nombre d\u2019unit\u00e9s disponibles et \u00e9valuer ainsi eux-m\u00eames leurs chances de gagner un article gratuit. \u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoutent des composants ludiques, tels que les jeux-concours, qui offrent du divertissement et n\u00e9cessitent une interactivit\u00e9.
