Fresh – we give space for ideas

“We brighten up our customers’ day. We are nearby, quick, convenient and fresh.” Whether in sales, marketing or management – this maxim provides a shared foundation for the entire Valora network. In the video, employees explain what “fresh” means to them.

As varied as the jobs of the over 15,000 Valora network employees are, they all still share the same motto: “We brighten up our customers’ day. Wherever people are on the move.” To achieve this goal, Valora’s employees have a shared understanding of their work: “We brighten up our customers’ journey. We are nearby, quick, convenient and fresh.” This foundation underpins their thinking and approach to their work, and shapes their interaction with one another, the customers and the partners. “Fresh” does not just apply to products, brand image and employees. Valora is looking for fresh ideas every day. Ideas can come from everywhere. They know no hierarchies or technical boundaries.
