Dieses nimmt die neuesten Trends von Food on-the-go und Convenience auf. Sie zeigen sich in einem modernen Design, handgemachten und ultra-frischen Produkten sowie einem Regionalit\u00e4ten-Label. Roger Vogt, CEO Retail Schweiz, bei Valora erkl\u00e4rt aus seiner Sicht, was dahinter steckt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich bringe Dinge gerne auf den Punkt. Schnell muss es gehen, zielgerichtet und auch mutig m\u00fcssen wir sein. Nur so kann ein Unternehmen die Kunden in einem \u00e4usserst schnelllebigen Markt immer wieder \u00fcberraschen. Ich bin \u00fcberzeugt, dass uns dies mit dem neuen avec Konzept gelungen ist. Denn dahinter steckt eine gewaltige Portion Mut, unglaublich viel Herzblut sowie eine grosse Teamleistung. Deshalb bauen wir derzeit regionale Produktionshubs auf, die es uns erlauben, unsere Stores schneller, mehrmals t\u00e4glich und umweltschonender mit handgemachten und frischen Produkten zu bedienen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regionale Produkte &amp; Food-Blogger<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Als absolute Neuheit im Schweizer Convenience-Gesch\u00e4ft sehe ich die Palette an regionalen Produkten, die wir derzeit entwickeln. Niemand im Convenience-Bereich bietet dies heute an. Schnelle Verf\u00fcgbarkeit muss n\u00e4mlich nicht heissen, dass ein Angebot nicht auch aus der Region stammen kann. Ganz nach dem Prinzip: Von hier. Regional f\u00fcr dich. Eine Besonderheit sind schliesslich auch neue Kreationen von Food-Bloggern. Den Anfang macht Nicole Giger (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.magsfrisch.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.magsfrisch.com<\/a>) mit ihrem Sandwich \u201a<a href=\"https:\/\/handmade.avec.ch\/de\/#foodblog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hummus LiebelEi<\/a>\u2018. Schliesslich d\u00fcrfen sich die Kunden auch auf eine angepasste, attraktive Preisgestaltung freuen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frisch am Morgen, frisch am Abend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich bin stolz auf unsere neuen avec und sehr gespannt auf die Reaktionen unserer Kundinnen und Kunden. Wir hatten schon fr\u00fch Ideen auf Papier. Aber wir wollten die Realit\u00e4t sp\u00fcren und haben deshalb viel get\u00fcftelt, waren begeistert von einer Idee, haben sie getestet, wieder verworfen. Dann wieder neu angefangen und so lange weiterentwickelt, bis wir alle zufrieden waren. Jedes Produkt musste in der Auslage seinen Platz finden. Am Morgen braucht es ein anderes Angebot als am Mittag oder am Abend. Es muss frisch riechen, immer ansprechend aussehen. Unser neuer Brottisch im Mittelpunkt der Stores dr\u00fcckt dies perfekt aus: Zu jeder Tageszeit fein riechende, frische Brot- und Backwaren. Man muss einfach gerne in unseren Store kommen. Das ist unser oberstes Ziel.
